Ian must have come off the worst in this sweep stakes draw. What are the chances of drawing England and Brazil. I bet he is gutted this is not a real sweep stake.

I have just heard from Ian and he wishes the USA all the best in their first game

There is always a 'big' team to crash out in the group stages – who is your money on?

My money is on England and Brazil crashing out!

Robert Green, a great personal friend of mine, heard of my despair at the ABCC Negative Sweepstake draw and said he'd "see what he can do". Not sure what that means…

In all seriousness, I think France might be one of the "big guns" to struggle. Particularly after seeing some of their bore draw against Uruguay.
